Swim Zone Lifeguards - Matamata

Swim Zone Matamata is looking for lifeguards to join our team. As a lifeguard, it will be your job to ensure the safe supervision of customers at Swim Zone Matamata. You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, make great health and safety decisions, care for water quality, have pride in cleaning, and be able to swim 200m in six minutes to show sound swimming capability. MPDC will support you to gain a lifeguard and first aid qualification required for the role at no cost to the employee. Shifts would be rostered between the opening hours of the facility and range between 7 to 14 hours per week. Swim Zone Matamata hours are: Summer Roster 1 November – 31 March Monday – Friday 5.30am-7pm Winter Roster 1 April – 31 October Monday – Thursday 5.30am – 7pm Friday 5.30am – 6pm Lifeguards are paid the living wage at Swim Zone ($27.80).
