Role commences 1st April 2025.As the Head Instructor your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Great Leadership skills – managing our team of swim instructorsComfortable working with children and adults of all ages and abilities in & out of the waterA passion for swim teaching/coachingOccasionally taking swimming lessonsDeliver training and support to our team of instructorsJoint decision-making working alongside the Swim School AdministratorBudgets and marketingRosters and timesheetsGreat communication & organisational skills.Hours:Full time, 40 hours per weekYou need to be able to work at least one day per weekend.
