As the Head Instructor, your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Managing our team of swim instructors
Working comfortably with children and adults of all ages and abilities in & out of the water
A passion for swim teaching/coaching
Occasionally taking swimming lessons
Delivering training and support to our team of instructors
Joint decision-making alongside the Swim School Administrator
Managing budgets and marketing
Overseeing rosters and timesheets
Exhibiting great communication & organisational skills
Hours:
Full time, 40 hours per week
You need to be able to work at least one day per weekend. Shifts may be early mornings or evenings – flexibility is required.
