The role is to commence 1st April 2025.As the Head Instructor your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Great Leadership skills – managing our team of swim instructorsComfortable working with children and adults of all ages and abilities in & out of the waterA passion for swim teaching/coachingOccasionally taking swimming lessonsDeliver training and support to our team of instructorsJoint Decision-Making working alongside the Swim School AdministratorBudgets and MarketingRosters and TimesheetsGreat communication & organisational skillsFree use of the facilitiesDiscounted swimming lessons for a family memberOngoing training and developmentOpportunity to progress through the industry!Hours:Full time, 40 hours per weekYou need to be able to work at least one day per weekend.Shifts may be early mornings or evenings – you need to be flexible.If this sounds like the role for you, please apply in writing with current CV and cover letterPlease note: You must have a valid NZ working visa to apply for this role.
