About:The Otahuhu Pool & Leisure Centre based in the heart of Otahuhu is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our friendly team.SwimMagic is the largest swim school provider in New Zealand and is founded on a unique graduated structure, focusing on achievable goals and incentives to ensure that children are progressing as efficiently as possible.The Role:To manage a team of swim instructors and lead by example in line with the values of the programme and organisation.Key Responsibilities & Skills:The ability to deliver training and support our team.Swim instructing – you will be teaching people of all ages.Administration and planning duties.Budgeting.Our ideal candidate should have the following attributes:You must be comfortable working with children of all ages.Great planning and organisational skills.Strong customer service skills are a MUST.Must love the water!Hours:We run on a 7-day roster.
