Swim School Administrator - Mount Albert Aquatic CentreThe SwimMagic Swim School team based at the Mount Albert Aquatic Centre is currently looking for a Swim School Administrator to join their successful SwimMagic team. The role will commence 1st April 2025.The role is part time (up to 30 hours) and will involve managing the day-to-day administration of the swim school and ensuring that the systems and procedures are all adhered to. The hours are based around the customer's needs of the busy times for our swim school. Please note that if you are unable to commit to weekend work, please do not apply.The administrator's role is to ensure a high standard of administration is maintained within the swim school at all times and help to investigate possible income streams to enhance the existing SwimMagic programme.
