Bay of Islands Swimming Club – Kawakawa, North IslandBay of Islands Swimming Club is seeking to appoint a new energetic and progressive Swim Coach.We are based in Kawakawa, Bay of Islands, New Zealand.The club has approximately 120 swimming members, mainly aged 18 and under across all abilities from Beginners right through Competitive level.We have a forward-looking committee and a friendly, supportive atmosphere.Ideal applicants should hold a minimum of NZ Foundation Development Coach Qualification or equivalent and be willing to work towards their SNZ Bronze Coach qualification.You will be passionate about swimming, have a positive attitude, be great communicator and can engage effectively with all age groups, have sound organisational and time management skills, exceptional communication and rapport building skills, be flexible, adaptable and have understanding of coaching/technical skills.This role will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to development of a growing club.Pay is negotiable depending qualifications and experience.
