A newly created position to address a strong need for Sustainability advice and ESG consulting in the Infrastructure and Property sectors. This company has an established team internationally and this position has been created to work within the global team, focused on the market in Aotearoa.

This is an opportunity to work for a highly regarded company with an established client base. They provide services such as Project / Cost Management, Asset Management, and Advisory.

Engage with clients from the outset and guide them on their journey, consulting on the long-term environmental, social, and economic impacts of their activities. Some key activities for this role include:
Create strategies that promote sustainable development, helping businesses reduce their environmental footprint.Improve resource efficiency and advise on energy use, waste reduction, supply chain sustainability, sustainable product development, and circular economy principles.Help organisations navigate the growing demand for ESG disclosures and ensure they meet the expectations of investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.About You
We are searching for a dynamic, commercially aware professional with exceptional interpersonal skills. Winning business is equally as important as delivering it for this position.
Bachelor's degree in sustainability, environmental studies, or a related field (postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable).Proven experience in delivering ESG solutions, building client relationships, and winning work, ideally in the market in Aotearoa.3–5 years of senior-level experience in sustainability, with expertise in consulting, strategy, reporting, and metrics.Expertise across key areas such as Climate, Decarbonisation, Circularity, Risk Analysis, and Science-Based Targets (experience in Social Impact, Carbon/Climate Modelling, and Life-Cycle Analysis is a plus).In-depth knowledge of ESG trends, infrastructure projects, and both local certifications and global environmental standards (e.g., UNSDGs, SASB, TCFD).
