We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with a proven track record of environmental & social sustainability thought leadership, managing Greenhouse Gas inventories and working with stakeholders to deliver sustainability improvements to join our Strategy team based in Auckland as a Sustainability Analyst. Ideally you will have 2-4 years of experience working in sustainability. You'll need to have excellent communication & relationship building skills with internal & external stakeholders, as well as analytical skills to manage the measurement of Ando's greenhouse gas emissions. In helping our business grow and succeed in a challenging environment in a sustainable way, you'll be responsible for: Keeping Ando's Sustainability Committee informed on local & global sustainability practices, emerging business trends in sustainability and upcoming regulations related to climate change and sustainability. Managing Ando's greenhouse gas measurement process to ensure Ando can publicly disclose our Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse gas emissions. Identifying opportunities & leading projects to reduce Ando's GHG emissions and improve our sustainability practices, including management of climate-related risks. Influencing Ando staff to improve their own environmental & social impact through internal communications & organising events to spread awareness about sustainability. Working with other teams at Ando to influence Ando's supply chain to improve their sustainability practices and prepare for the impacts of climate change. Working within the Strategy Team to advise on the sustainability impact of Ando's Business Strategy.
