The Opportunity:
My client is a fast-growing mid-sized engineering, surveying and planning consultancy located in the Auckland CBD and North Shore. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key player in a dynamic company, working with a great team that is passionate about people, technology, efficiency, and delivering exceptional results to their clients.
Due to increased demand, they are looking to hire surveyors at all levels (Licensed Cadastral Surveyors, Construction Surveyors, Intermediate Surveyors, Senior Surveyors, Survey Technicians, Graduate Surveyors).
You will join an enthusiastic team delivering a variety of land development and infrastructure projects within the wider Auckland Region.
These roles offer the opportunity to broaden your understanding of the development process in a supportive environment whilst working alongside key project partners.
Your Role:
Delivering work to time and quality standards in a high-volume work environment.
Assisting staff as required in technical matters.
Completing surveying projects which require multi-disciplinary inputs efficiently.
Surveying (field work, processing, and plan preparation) for Public and Private Sector projects and some of the associated engineering and planning.
About You:
Licensed Cadastral Surveyor:
BSurv
CSLB Practicing Certificate
Construction Surveyor:
1-10+ years of surveying experience in NZ
Proficiency with Leica equipment, 12D, and AutoCAD
Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Intermediate-Senior Surveyors, Survey Technicians & Graduate Surveyors:
BSurv, NZDipSurv or equivalent
1-10+ years of surveying experience in NZ
Cadastral experience (including unit title developments, removal of limitation surveys, and general LT experience ranging from greenfield subdivisions to small/medium/high density terraced housing)
Proficiency with Leica equipment, 12D, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Landonline
An aptitude for technology and a keen eye for details
