Planscapes client base is growing. The scale of their projects can vary greatly, from helping private property owners to leading multi-disciplinary project teams in a collaborative approach to the completion of multi-staged projects.
Key responsibilities in this role include:
Undertaking various types of surveys including land transfer.
Topographical and land development surveys.
Preparing land development engineering plans.
Resource consent applications and assessments of effects.
Providing pre-purchase or pre-development property advice to clients.
Engaging in community and Council consultations and meetings.
Building strong, positive relationships with clients, allied professionals and Council staff.
Skills required: This role would suit a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor or Technician with at least 3-5 years' experience. You'll be familiar with modern surveying equipment; experience with Magnet Office software would be an advantage. You'll be a self-starter with great interpersonal skills.
