Surveyor

Specialising in roading construction, subdivisions, commercial site works, cycle paths and 3 waters drainage projects, they offer you variety to tick all the boxes. As Surveyor, you will be responsible for the set-out of construction jobs from detailed plans provided by the client. In addition you will at times survey and produce plans in preparation for construction and pricing. You will also support the Contracts team with volume calculations of works completed ready for claiming. Some of your day to day duties will include: * Using surveying instruments and equipment, including: GPS, Robotic Total Stations, lasers and 3D Machine Control * Taking and loading Machine Control Survey Data onto the machine computers * Assisting on-site with set outs, heights and survey control * Management of GPS Machine Control and Machine Guidance System assets * Assisting Quantity Surveyors, Estimators and Management with variations and payment claims * Ensuring survey equipment is maintained, calibrated, and kept in good working order Does this role sound like you?
