We are seeking Support Workers in the Blenheim area to join our highly motivated team to support our serious injury clients.
To join our team you need to be:
A great communicator and able to use a variety of communication strategies (e.g., social media, texting, non-verbal communication aids)
Able to commit to a client(s) for an extended period of time
Willing to continually upskill your knowledge by attending information and training opportunities
Able to work within a framework that celebrates the strengths of the client and proactively supports them to live their good life
Good with written skills as fortnightly progress reporting is required.
Essential skills required:
Have some weekend, early starts, or evening availability
Are experienced in (or willing to be trained in) progress notes report writing.
You must have your own vehicle and a full driver's license
