Having experience with disability is an advantage however not essential.A desire to support our Rangatahi and Tamaraki to learn new skills and achieve outcomesPrior experience supporting others with aspects of daily living, preferably those living with intellectual or physical disabilitiesIdeally experience working with children or youthFull driver's licence and confidence to safely transport passengers in our disability vans (training provided)Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekendsAt NZCL, we're passionate about creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity, and reflects the communities we serve.
