We are looking for Support Workers to work in Lower Hutt, Wellington. What does a Specialist Support Worker do? You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential through both practical and emotional support. Responsibilities can vary, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below:
Meal preparationCommunity outings and integrationGiving medicationPersonal cares (showering, toileting, etc.)Bowel management stage 3, manual handling, and hoist transfersHome managementWhat do you get?
