As a Support Worker Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership, staff development, recruitment, support to the Advanced Support Workers in the delivery of homecare support within your assigned region, consultation with care coordination and community nurse teams, liaising with the community clinical team and Trainer on their requirement for SW competency assessments, and establishing a rapport with Tangata and their whanau. Your role will involve implementing service delivery models aligned with our values, ensuring quality assurance, and meeting contractual requirements.
