Each Tangata will have high risk individual care requirements, and you will support them with all elements of daily living such as: Palliative care Dementia Mental health Medication Level 3 and level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (recognised in NZ) Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Bi-cultural approach Experience issuing prescribed medication Full/restricted driver's license The ability to drive up to an hour to and from your tangata Be available to every second work weekend The right to work in New Zealand Be willing to start work at 7am Be available to work every second weekend Provide flexibility to sleepover or wakeover Access Community Healthcare are leading the way, we see Support Work as a professional career path and we have built a career path framework that is second to none.
