We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work across our Community Services in Roxburgh.
We have part-time role available and looking for a community Support Workers who can work Monday to Friday and alternative weekends.
What does a Support Worker do?As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community.
You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities can be varied and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below:Meal preparationCommunity outings and integrationGiving medicationPersonal cares (showering, toileting etc)Home managementWhat's in it for you?We are committed to our employees and are proud to employ and train the best people in all areas of our organisation.

You will earn between $ 23.38 - 29.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualification.
