We have a permanent vacancy for 36 hours per week.In this role you will:Support residents to lead engaging and fulfilling lives.Report directly to the Nurse Unit Manager.Follow care plans that enable residents in their health and wellbeing.Work collaboratively with the Activities and Rehabilitation Team to support residents to achieve lifestyle goals and community connections.Continue to achieve NZQA Health and Wellbeing Certificate levels with support of your manager and Workforce Development team.About YouThe ideal person for our team is interested in supporting people and has good communication skills.
