NZCL is looking for energetic and motivated people to support people in their own home.
We are looking for casual, full time and permanent leave cover support workers to help the people we support in our residential and flexi services in the Palmerston North region.
Our ideal support workers will be willing to work in all services when required and available to work weekends.What does a Support Worker do?

Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support with the potential of additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.

You need to be respectful of others thinking, and their way of living life that may be different to your own.Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness is important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
