We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work within our across our Community Services.
Whether you are looking for flexibility around other commitments or would prefer regular rostered shifts, we have a variety of permanent (full-time and part-time) and casual options on offer.
What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a dedicated team, you'll support clients to live independently in their homes and communities.
You'll help them achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support, following a personalized care plan.
Tasks may include:• Meal preparation • Medication supervision • Community outings • Personal cares (e.g., showering, toileting) • Home management (e.g., cleaning, organising)What's in it for you?

• Based in Otaki and able to travel between Manakau and Te Horo as needed • Available from 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, and one weekend per fortnight • Positive attitude and passion for helping others, striving for excellence in all you do • Previous healthcare or caregiving experience required • Excellent communication skills • Healthcare qualifications are an advantage • Most positions require a full NZ driver's license and reliable transport
