We are looking for full-time and casual support workers to help the people we support in our Napier and Hastings residential services.
What does a Support Worker do?This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and helping them do the things they want to do, such as going swimming, personal care, meal support, household management tasks, and teaching life skills.
The list is endless!
Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support, with the potential for additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
