Support Worker/Nanny - Night Shift

Life Plus is looking for a compassionate and experienced Support Worker/Nanny to provide dedicated care for one of our youngest clients in their loving family home in Woolston, Christchurch. This delightful child, who has a twin sibling, experienced an injury at birth and requires specialised overnight care. About the Role You will be working night shifts (12:00 AM to 7:00 AM), 3-4 days per week on a rotational roster, with the option to pick up additional hours to cover annual leave and sick days when needed. Key Responsibilities Provide overnight (wakeover) care, including monitoring a CPAP machine, administering medication, and PEG feeding. Ensure direct supervision and active monitoring throughout the night. We're Looking for Someone Who Is reliable, committed, and trustworthy. Has experience or is comfortable using medical equipment. Holds a valid NZ First Aid certificate (or is willing to obtain one through Life Plus). Is eager to become part of a welcoming, supportive family environment. Additional Requirements: Valid New Zealand work visa. Full New Zealand Driver's Licence. Basic medical knowledge or willingness to learn.
