We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work with our client in Hamilton who is fluent in Mandarin and holds level 3 or above Health and Wellbeing qualification.
( Or equivalent ) This role is permanent full time with minimum 30hrs per week rostered shifts.
candidates need to be avaialble to work Rostered shifts providing 24/7 cover.
What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community.
You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities can be varied, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all the below: Meal preparation Community outings and integration Giving medication Personal cares (showering, toileting, Bowel management stage 3, manual handling, hoist transfers etc) Home management What's in it for you?

You will earn between $26.94 - $29.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualification.
