We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work in Invercargill (especially Bluff) and across our Community Services.As part of a wider team, you will assist our clients to live as independently as possible, within their homes and community.
You will help our clients to achieve their goals and reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support.
Responsibilities can be varied, and you will follow a care plan, which may include some or all of the below:Meal preparationCommunity outings and integrationGiving medicationPersonal cares (showering, toileting etc)Home managementWhat's in it for you?Earn competitive pay rates between $23.38 up to $29.10 per hour.Earn while you learn with free training towards NZQA Health & Wellbeing.Travel allowance and work phone.Employee Assistance program service anytime you need health and wellbeing support.This is an opportunity to join New Zealand's largest community healthcare provider with the potential to gain experience in a variety of disciplines including aged care, disability, mental health and rehabilitation.
