Aged & Disability Support (Community Services & Development) Full time We're committed to providing exceptional support services and looking for an experienced, flexible and outgoing Support Worker to join our team for a casual role and work with our clients, based in Invercargill.
As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to individuals with unique needs contributing to their overall wellbeing to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Requirements: Qualification in Healthcare, disability support or related field Competency in Hoist Competency in PEG Feed Competency in Trauma response Previous paediatric experience Own transport with a clean and valid Restricted/Full driver's license Quick learner and confident Professionally presentable and organized Responsibilities: Assist with daily tasks such as personal care, bathing, PEG feeding Usage of hoist equipment correctly and efficiently Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care, developmental therapies and medication Mobility, positioning, grooming, and general home help What we can offer you: Great hourly rates aligned with Pay Equity starting from $23.38 to $29.10 Free ongoing NZQA equivalent qualifications in Health and Wellbeing.
