We are looking for skillful, flexible Kaimahi (staff) that can work with a wide range of people and be a team player.
Preferred applicants who hold the level 4 New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent. Alternatively, you will be willing to commence study towards this within six months of starting your employment with Pathways. This needs to be completed within two years of commencement. Pathways offers significant support for support workers to complete this study.You must hold New Zealand residency or have a current New Zealand work permit.You must hold a current full New Zealand driver's licence.You must hold a current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.An understanding and commitment to the principles of recovery.Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Closing Date | Ra Katinga: 29 November 2024.
