Support Worker

Support Worker / Care Giver wanted on casual basis – Oamaru (north end).
Bona fide female support person wanted to cover for permanent support person when she is on annual leave (or away for any reason) to assist disabled gentleman.
May suit more than one person to cover various aspects of position.
Good rates offered and mileage where applicable.
Duties include, but not limited to: Morning routine care (daily 8am-9am) Driving to pool and assistance changing etc (9:30am-12pm) Driving to exercise locations & assistance with walking exercises (10:30am-12pm) Weekends / public holidays optional.
Some flexibility with outings, but a suitable vehicle that I can enter / exit reasonably easily for outings is a must – unless it has a crane attached....
Vehicle must be legally owned and not a stolen vehicle as I have no intention of being involved in a police chase – exiting as it may be.....
I appreciate straight talk – both ways.... with no offence taken either way – we are entitled to hold different opinions / viewpoints.
Qualifications and experience not required, just a good attitude, good sense of humour, NZ driver's licence & be allowed to work legally in NZ.
Non smoker preferred.
