We are looking for full-time leave cover, Support Workers to help the people we support in our residential services located in Tauranga.What does a Support Worker do?

Support workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 cover with responsibilities including aiding with personal care, community outings and integration, and other aspects of daily living - enabling our people to be as independent as possible.
