About the role | Mo tenei turanga mahi
You will be reporting to the Team Coach and joining our Pathways Te Whare Haumaru service.
This is a 6 bed crisis respite located in Flat Bush.
You will be required to work in pairs on every shift.
Referrals are received from the home-based treatment teams – through intake assessments.

This is a full-time position based in Redoubt Road, Flat Bush.
You will be working Tuesday – Saturday, 11pm – 7:30am.
Responsibilities include: Advocate and support people to be well and thrive.Connect them with resources that support them in living well and assist them in building resilience.Help people connect with their communities, building the relationships that matter most.Foster positive change for a more positive life.Provide medication support for our people.Help your team members with cooking and cleaning.Benefits include: Increased Employer Kiwisaver contribution.Fifth Week of Annual Leave after 12 months of employment.Paid Wellbeing Days (2 days a year).$250 Healthcare subsidies per year.You | Mou
We are interested to hear from people who have a caring nature and work in a recovery and strengths-focused way.

You will also have: Current full New Zealand driver's licence.Current first aid certificate or be willing to obtain one.Applicants must hold the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognised equivalent.Preferred experience in Mental Health or similar.Knowledge of, and demonstrable commitment to, the principles of the Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Closing Date: Tuesday, 4th February 2025.Please note, this role may close earlier if a suitable candidate is found.
