We are looking for permanent full-time and permanent full-time leave cover Support Workers to help the people we support in our Hamilton Residential Services.
What does a Support Worker do? This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and enabling them to do the things they want to do, such as going swimming, personal care, support with meals, household management tasks, and teaching life skills.
Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support, with the potential for additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.
