We are currently looking for empathetic and passionate Support Workers to work across our Community Services.
Whether you are looking for flexibility around other commitments or would prefer regular rostered shifts, we have a variety of permanent (full-time and part-time) and casual options on offer.
What does a Support Worker do?
As part of a dedicated team, you'll support clients to live independently in their homes and communities.
You'll help them achieve their goals and reach their potential through practical and emotional support, following a personalized care plan.
Tasks may include:Meal preparation • Medication supervision • Community outings • Personal cares (e.g., showering, toileting) • Home management (e.g., cleaning, organising)What's in it for you?We value our employees and are proud to offer ongoing training and career pathways, fully funded through our NZQA qualifications.
Earn between $23.38 - $29.10 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
We offer flexibility due to a variety of shifts available starting at 7am till 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
