MASH Trust are a leading provider of disability, mental health, and addiction services. We have services throughout the lower North Island with over 550 staff and volunteers.As a learning organisation we offer funded Health and Wellbeing qualifications and study days to support you with your learning.We work as one team, empowering each other to promote community inclusion and self-determination for those we walk alongside.The Role:We are seeking casual support workers to work as and when required within our Disability Team in Havelock North.You will be part of a team providing one-on-one daily support, creating a safe home environment where new skills can be learnt. You will be 'their person' to support them in interacting with others in their community and engaging in activities they enjoy. We are looking for kind, special people with empathy and a passion to help others.Skills and Experience:A relevant qualification and/or experience working within the Disability or Mental Health Sectors is preferable.Hold a current full driver's license.The ability to take pride in a healthy home environment – including assisting with cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping.Caring and kind in nature with integrity that can provide support to people from all walks of life.Eligible to work in New Zealand.Note: MASH Trust is not an accredited Employer and therefore cannot use The Accredited Employer Work Visa (AEWV) process.Applicants will be reviewed as they are received, so these roles may close earlier if the right applicants are found.Applications for this role will take you to the advertiser's site.
