We are looking for Casual / Full Time / Part Time Support Workers to help the people we support in Auckland residential services.
What does a Support Worker do?This is a busy and diverse role, supporting people with various aspects of daily life and helping them do the things they want to do, such as going swimming, personal cares, support with meals, household management tasks, and teaching life skills. Support Workers are part of a team who work shifts or specific rosters providing 24/7 support, with the potential for additional sleepover payments included in some rosters.

You need to be respectful of others' thinking and their way of living life that may be different from your own.Flexibility to work overnight shifts across a roster, including weekends.Empathy, respect, and cultural awareness are important in this role as the people we support come from diverse backgrounds with varying needs and interests.
