$23.99 - $29.10 per hour (depending on qualifications)
About the role:
Staff on the Permanent Relief Team (PRT) cover all shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, night shift, split shifts, and weekends. Staff on the PR Team are paid an additional $2.00 gross per hour to reflect the flexibility required to work in this role.
Are you passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives? You'll have the opportunity to assist residents with their everyday activities, including shopping, meal preparation, household chores, personal support, and community outings.
Ideally, you'll have an NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 or equivalent along with:
A positive attitude to supporting people with a learning disability.
A full New Zealand driver's licence.
Great communication skills (written and verbal).
What we can offer:
An additional $2.00 (gross) per hour for each permanent relief hour worked.
An additional $2.00 (gross) per hour if you are required to work an awake night shift (11pm until 7am).
Ongoing development opportunities. If you haven't already completed NZ Certificate in Health and Wellbeing Level 2 and 3, we will support you to complete these.
