Alphabet is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Nelson, NZ on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who possess the qualities of reliability and resourcefulness. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat- Provide technical support for software and hardware issues- Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
