Our team culture encourages innovation, we care about your professional development, and you will be working with an elite and motivated team of professionals.About the Role - This is a part-time fixed-term position working 25 hours per week finishing Friday 28 November 2025 and offered under the provisions of the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987.
The Support Services Officer is responsible for managing the purchasing of office supplies, coordinating requests received via the support services email, providing administration and documentation support across the organisation, as well as looking after catering and undertaking kitchen duties.
You need to be well organised, proactive, show initiative and have a good sense of humour to do this role.Do you have what it takes?

A high standard of cleanliness is expected, especially in areas where food is prepared or consumed, so attention to detail in this area is important.
A full driver's licence is essential.Applicants for this position must be legally entitled to work in New Zealand, therefore must have NZ residency or hold a valid NZ work visa.
In terms of residence class visa applications, priority will be given where the applicant is in New Zealand.What's on offerThe full-time equivalent salary range for this position is between $53,280pa and $59,200pa and the appointed starting level will be dependent on skills and experience and will be discussed during interviews with shortlisted candidates.As this is a part-time position, the actual salary will be calculated on the number of hours worked per week multiplied by the hourly rate.How to applyIf this role appeals to you, head over to our website www.southtaranaki.com where you can access the background information and job description for the role.
