Respond promptly to customer requests and concerns, ensuring a positive experience. - **Problem Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues reported by customers. Work closely with the technical support team to escalate unresolved issues and follow up until resolution. - **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of Methven products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Stay updated on new product releases, features, and company policies. - **Documentation:** Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues resolved within our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date. - **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback through surveys and direct communication. Provide insights to the management team to help improve products and services. - **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. - **Time Management:** Effectively manage your workload to meet both individual and team performance targets. Prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency and productivity in a remote work environment. - **Adhere to Company Values:** Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues. **Requirements:** - **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus. - **Experience:** No prior experience is required; however, any exposure to customer service or retail environments will be beneficial. - **Soft Skills:** - **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. - **Emotional Intelligence:** Strong capacity to discern emotions, demonstrate empathy, and respond to the emotional needs of customers and teammates. - **Personality Traits:** - **Dedicated:** A strong commitment to the job and a passion for helping customers. - **Motivated:** Self-starter who shows initiative and takes ownership of tasks. - **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
