Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: DaVita HealthCare Partners is seeking a passionate and motivated Support Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work position located in Nelson, New Zealand. The Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software and hardware issues.3. Manage and escalate customer complaints as needed.4. Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new clients.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.7. Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support.2. Strong people management and analysis skills.3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.4. Proficiency in computer systems and software.5. Ability to work independently and remotely.6.
