We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Support Manager for Remote Work at Xero, based in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing a team of remote support agents, ensuring high quality and timely support to our customers. You will be responsible for setting clear KPIs and goals for the team, monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback and coaching to support agents to help them achieve their targets.

You will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. You will need to be independent and reliable, able to work effectively with minimal supervision while still meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.

In addition to managing the support team, you will also be responsible for analyzing support ticket data, identifying trends and patterns, and using this information to drive strategic initiatives to improve the overall customer experience. Strong negotiation and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
