Job Description:

Las Vegas Sands is seeking a motivated and reliable Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our support team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and supervise the support team, providing guidance and support as needed.
2. Develop and implement support strategies to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
4. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement.
5. Train and onboard new support team members.
6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
1. 8+ years of experience in a support management role.
2. Strong planning and organizational skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
6. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
