As a Support Coordinator, it is your job to make sure that the right Community Support Worker is with the right client at the right time.
The relationships Support Coordinators have with Community Support Workers, clients, and their families are central to our ability to provide the quality service we are really proud of.
You will be working with a team of other Support Coordinators and will be primarily responsible for a geographical area within Auckland.

Experience scheduling complex services is a significant advantage in this role.
You need to be detail-oriented and great at problem-solving.
If you are a person who is comfortable managing change at short notice, managing yourself well under pressure, and can navigate your way around a computer system with your eyes closed – you sound like the person we are looking for.

To join our team you will:Be experienced in a customer service role, including telephone contact and scheduling appointments.Effectively cooperate with others and support team members to get the job done.Have the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks.Be able to quickly develop a rapport with people on the phone.Ability to stay calm, think on your feet, and solve problems.Use your initiative to identify inefficiencies and offer effective solutions.Have experience with a client record management system and be comfortable navigating Microsoft Office. Our Health and Disability office is based in Mount Eden.
There is also flexibility to be able to work from home some days.

You will work 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday.
Most of these hours will fall between 7.30am and 4.00pm.
However, you will also be rostered to work some early shifts from 6.30am – 3.00pm, and sometimes split shifts from 7.30am – 10.00am and 4.00pm – 9.00pm.
