Our Financials product offers a comprehensive solution for budgeting, accounting, asset management, and reporting, enabling businesses to drive efficiency and achieve their financial goals.What you'll be doing…As a Support Analyst (Financials), you will be the primary contact for our customers to ensure a great experience post product onboarding.Owning and resolving assigned FIN related customer issues and questions in a timely mannerUnderstanding customer use cases, perform troubleshooting, and provide alternate solutions to customer issuesCreating knowledge base articles improve first call resolution and help customers self-serveProviding a compelling customer experience on every customer interaction to make our customers feel valued and important.Your Talents…Financial ERP systems experience, and familiarity with Finance policy and procedure application (knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, taxation, income statements, and balance sheets).TechnologyOne product experience would be preferred but not essentialCustomer centric - as a customer service professional you have a passion to deliver a compelling customer experience at every interaction.
