About the role | Ko te mahi nei
We are looking for a Support Administration 'superstar' who will:

Support the RSE leadership teams by providing administrative assistance.

Maximise customer experience by actively engaging with customers and adhering to service standards.

Be responsible for stocktake and ordering of office and staffroom supplies.

Produce correspondence, reports and other documents as required.

About you | Ko Koe Tenei
You will pride yourself on your positive attitude and outlook and have a desire to work for an organisation that is passionate about making more people, more active, more often.

You Will Also Need To

Have 2 or more years of experience in a customer-focused environment.

Have completed NCEA Level 3 qualification or equivalent.

Excellent literary and computer skills.

You will love to work in a team of passionate individuals who also contribute to a community, creating great working relationships with all who pass through our doors.

Strong organisational, communication and relationship skills will be needed as you will work across a wide network of professionals.

A full NZ driver's licence is desirable.

Additional Information | Ko etahi atu korero:

Hours of work: Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week.

Position: Fixed term for 18 months.

Salary: $27.80 - $30.31 per hour.

Location: This position is primarily based at Jellie Park Recreation & Sport Centre, 295 Ilam Rd, Burnside.
