About the Role | Mo te Turanga We're looking for a Supply Planning Specialist to join our Replenishment team here in Aotearoa reporting to one of our Supply Planning Manager(s).
Joining our Replenishment team you'll take accountability for streamlining the flow of goods from our suppliers to our distribution centres and right to our stores!
Using advanced planning systems, and working collaboratively with our suppliers, Merchandise and Replenishment teams, you'll ensure we purchase the right products, the right quantities and at the right time.
You'll be responsible for: Effective planning with our Supplier Partners to identify efficiencies internally and externally and balancing stock holding against network constraints/variability.
Efficient use of our WWNZ systems and will be accountable to order stock into distribution centres.
Monitor stock holding and demand to maximise stock availability for stores and hold optimal inventory as per agreed budgets.
Creating operating rhythms with suppliers that are tailor made to the way we operate together.
Facilitating strong collaboration between all parties involved.
About You | Mou To succeed in this role you will need to bring: Planning experience within an FMCG environment.
High attention to detail.
System literate, being able to navigate our bespoke systems.
An ability to influence and encourage authentic conversations with key stakeholders.
