In this role, you'll drive strategic initiatives and best practices in supply planning, ensuring alignment to meet customer needs.As a Supply Planning Manager (Chapter Lead- Supply Planning In-flight), you'll focus on capability building, defining the vision for the function, and managing and developing team members. We're looking for a passionate leader with an open mindset, ready to empower and collaborate, shape culture, and align with the function's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead & manage the end-to-end supply planning process (In-Flight)Lead process transformation for Supply Planning, collaborating across TeamsDevelop, mentor and coach the team of supply planning professionalsLead the design and development of Supply Planning processes, standards & routines, including Supply Review & associated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and tools across Air NZLead the evaluation and implementation of advanced digital supply planning tools and systems, ensuring alignment with the Planning Lead's strategyDrive Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) to enhance supplier partnerships and performance.About you:Minimum of 7-10 years of working experience in Supply Planning and supply chain management within a complex environment, ideally with a strong focus on S&OP3-5 years of experience leading and managing teamsProven ability to lead change management across planning functions and diverse teamsStrong leadership, communication, presentational skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.This is a very exciting time at Air New Zealand, and you will be directly involved in shaping our future.
