They are ambitious with a clear vision for growth and have the key levers for success in place, most importantly – people!Directly reporting to the Head of Operations, this role is responsible for the end-to-end management of product supply based on demand, forecasts and business requirements, product quality and maintaining supplier relationships, to achieve key metrics across a broad portfolio of predominately internationally sourced finished goods for our client's business.Day-to-day you will be responsible for achieving continuity of product supply and management of inventory levels via their 3PL provider, and working closely with internal stakeholders; demand, marketing and sales, and the commercial teams within the business. Additionally, your remit includes identifying areas of opportunity for cost saving, order management and ensuring on time delivery across a portfolio of suppliers, quality management, range optimisation and improvement efficiencies, as well as ensuring adherence to systems and reporting requirements.You will be an experienced FMCG purchasing / supply chain professional with several years' experience able to quickly integrate into the business and add value from the outset.
