Job Description Key Responsibilities:  SOP Compliance:  Ensure our departments shine by adhering to internal and external SOP requirements. Regularly review, update, and audit SOPs to keep them fresh, relevant, and compliant! Administrative Support:  Bring your organizational skills to the table by assisting in the creation, management, and distribution of key documents. Collaborate with teams to draft and edit materials that make a difference! SharePoint Management:  Be the mastermind behind our SharePoint organization, creating an efficient and user-friendly documentation hub. Implement best practices for document tagging and retrieval—your expertise will shine here! Repository Maintenance:  Maintain a centralized repository of SOPs and critical documents, ensuring everyone has access to the latest and greatest. Regularly back up and archive documents to keep our information secure and organized. Communication Skills:  Use your stellar communication skills to produce clear, concise SOPs, guides, and manuals. Act as a bridge between departments, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about process changes. Understanding of SOP Processes:  Dive deep into SOP writing, publishing, and distribution to become a go-to expert. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure SOPs reflect the most accurate and up-to-date practices. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Business Administration) or equivalent experience (4 Years minimum). Proven experience in technical writing or a related role—bring your portfolio! Strong verbal and written communication skills—your words will inspire clarity and action! Familiarity with SharePoint or other document management systems is a plus. Attention to detail and a knack for juggling multiple tasks with a smile.
