This role will see you working at the intersection of technology and supply chain, playing a vital role in system implementation, issue resolution, and data integrity.This is a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference by using the skills that you have, to provide business-wide improvements and ensure we reliably and sustainably get products from our suppliers through our supply chain to our customers in-store or at home, both now and in the future. You will work on optimising this process to enhance the customer experience and deliver value for the business across all brands.In this role, you'll be responsible for:Oversee the implementation and optimisation of EDI interfaces, ensuring smooth communication between systems and partners.Diagnose and resolve issues within EDI systems, identifying root causes and preventing future disruptions.Work with a variety of file formats, understanding their structures and ensuring compatibility across platforms.Support Oracle ERP-Finance Integration (ERPFI) processes, leveraging your expertise to enhance system performance.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve data exchange efficiency and accuracy.QualificationsWith an analytical mind, you are passionate about diving into process and uncovering insights and improvements through experience and sound analysis, understanding pain points, and contributing towards building solutions. We will rely on your ability to leverage data from multiple sources to uncover the full picture and make recommendations for improvement. Our structure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross-functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top-notch, coupled with the customer-centric lens and approach you bring to work every day.We are looking for someone ideally with:3+ years of Supply Chain experienceHands-on experience with EDI system implementation and interface management.A strong understanding of file formatting (e.g., XML, CSV, EDIFACT) and the ability to interpret and troubleshoot discrepancies.Strong capabilities in Stock flow, Distribution and Fulfilment Optimisation, Retail Operations, and Inventory ManagementExpert analytical and Excel skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesDesirable:Previous experience in a large retail business.Communication of complex data to internal stakeholdersProficiency in Oracle ERP-FI systems.A proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent attention to detail.Additional InformationWe offer a dynamic, flexible and supportive team environment working with like-minded people within a business that cares about and recognises individuals.
