From managing third-party logistics (3PL) relationships to optimizing stock allocations, this role offers a mix of strategic planning and operational execution. You'll work closely with Merchandise, Logistics, and Retail Operations teams to drive efficiency, maintain stock integrity, and support promotional activities.Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary contact for third-party logistics providers, ensuring accuracy in order fulfilment, delivery, and warehousing operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics performance.Manage stock flow from distribution centres to stores, optimizing inventory levels to meet demand. Collaborate with Merchandise teams to support promotional and seasonal campaigns.Analyse supply chain performance, generate insights and produce regular reports for key stakeholders, including senior leadership.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining high service standards.
